30,000 SF of high-density space across (6) data halls / L10 & L11 test rooms featuring 162 cabinets and a total of 27MW of critical power. Both fit-out and base build construction includes:
- Accelerated design-build approach.
- (9) New 500-ton chillers and (8) new 4000A services including utility drops.
- Full turn-key fitout of liquid cooled data halls / L11 & L10 test rooms.
The interior fit-out and exterior plant and utility work were executed simultaneously, all in an active manufacturing facility while limiting interruptions and downtime.
We accelerated construction as well as worked with the utility to pull in the power on dates, turning over data halls early and completing the project ahead of schedule.
