Design-build, phased tenant improvements to an existing 78,336 SF facility to expand high-density computing infrastructure. The project included:
- 9MW of Utility Power and Distribution.
- 12MW of Additional Bloom Energy power and associated distribution.
- (7) Test Cells at different voltages, providing testing capability for multiple products.
- Retrofitted existing systems and added additional chillers, CRAHs, roof mounted AHUs, and CDUs to accommodate both air and liquid cooling.
- Full site program development to support L10 and L11 testing.
Megawatt developed a multi-phase approach to expedite design, permitting, and execution to create usable testing space and production area support.
